Refund policy
NUDA® will accept returns or exchanges for select items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable import customs, duties, or tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligible Items must be
- Unworn and unused
- Tried on over underwear only
- In original packaging with all tags, liners, and safety seals intact
- Free from damage, scent, or visible wear
- For adhesive products, packaging must be unopened and the safety seal unbroken
