Unlike a sticky bra that is supported by the adhesive, NUDA inserts are supported by the clothing and cannot stay up by themselves. It is crucial to wear them in tight, structured, and fitted tops.
For the perfect fit, we recommend choosing your true size. Only size down if you are in between sizes.

Gently wash both adhesive sides with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap after each use. Allow to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area. Once completely dry, place the inserts back onto the protective films and store them in the included case to preserve the adhesive.
Recommended Use: Wear for up to 8 hours per use. With proper care, the inserts are reusable 40+ times. Actual wear time and lifespan may vary depending on skin type, usage, and maintenance.
Care Tip: Avoid lotions, oils, perfumes, or powders on your skin before application, as they can reduce adhesive strength. Minimize unnecessary peeling and reapplying during wear to maximize the lifespan of the adhesive.
